Hey everyone.

I started a human campaign recently and decided I didn't like the default cheerleaders. I reworked them quite a bit and based them on the actual bloodbowl miniature:

1) Redid the Diffuse where neccesary. Removed the long dress and gave her a skirt.
2) Fixed the face up a bit. Cleaned up the diffuse and fixed UV and texture errors around the chest and other areas.
3) Retextured areas where neccesary, particularly the crotch, thighs, legs.
4) Modified the Normal map, mainly adding the pleated skirt so that it would have the pleated effect in game, see shot below. Fixed up the area around the face as well.
5) Modified the Specular file as needed.
6) Modified the Team color map as needed.
7) Made four versions. See below.
8) Corrected some vertices that were incorrectly assigned to the wrong bones by Cyanide (around the thighs).
9) The mesh has been optimized to work best with the short skirts.
10) Mesh clipping when it animates has been significantly improved. You shouldn't see as much leg clipping through the skirt as the default Human.nif cheerleader.
11) I optimized the mesh removing unneccesary polygons.

Standard hair, Sigmaritte Gold, Bright Wizard Red, and Tilea Raven... I really only did the other hair/eye color versions for a buddy that seems to not like brunettes...

And what they look like in game:

To download: http://home.comcast.net/~acknar/hum_cheerled_v15.zip

To install: Again I'm assuming you know how to mod the game. I'm terrible with installation instructions.

Look for the directory Cyanide\Blood Bowl\Data\3d\Skin\Cheerleader\Human\Textures and make a backup of the folder Set_00.

Extract hum_cheerled_v15.zip. The default Human_D.dds is the standard brunette haired cheerleader (same hair as in the game). If you want one of the others, simply rename the one you pick to Human_D.dds. So if you want the blonde, rename Blonde_Human_D.dds to Human_D.dds and drop in the Set_00 folder replacing the original Human_D.dds.

Copy the other files (Human_M.dds, Human_N.dds, and Human_S.dds) into the Set_00 replacing the original files.

Find the file Human.nif in the Cyanide\Blood Bowl\Data\3d\Skin\Cheerleader\Human\ Directory and back it up. Place the new Human.nif you extracted from Hum_cheerled_v15.zip and replace your old one.

That's all!
As always I like comments and if anything is messed up please let me know!

You're free to use this stuff in your mod, just give me credit that's all :^)

Yours looks a LOT better than the "hot pants" version I've been using.
Excellent work

They certainly look a whole lot better in short skirts!

Good job in modifying the accompanying maps - really completes the model. Nice work!
